With Great sadness we remember Becca Lueke, a former participant of The First Tee of Greater Kansas City. Becca was killed in an auto accident over the weekend of December 8th. Becca along with her sisters and brothers were very active participants in the Chapter. Becca had the makings of a fine player and was always in contention. She always put forth her best effort no matter what the situation and went on to become captain of her basketball team at St. Teresa's Academy. She was a freshman at Benedictine. Her quiet and pleasant personality were always welcome and she will be missed by all of us in The First Tee family.

More than Just a Game
"The game of golf comes closest to the game of life. You get bad breaks from good shots, you get good breaks from bad shots—but you have to play the ball where it lies." ...Bobby Jones
"As kids learn to play the game, golf's basic rule of playing the course as you find it and the ball as it lies is bound to follow them off the course and into how they lead their daily lives." ...Tom Watson
THE COURSE is yours to enjoy...You're on the first tee...So, Play Away!
